Billy Joel, Wife Alexis Joel Welcome Daughter Della Rose
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - It's a girl!
Billy Joel and wife Alexis Joel welcomed their first child together early Wednesday.
Della Rose Joel arrived at 2:40 a.m. weighing in at 7 pounds, 6.5 ounces.
Joel, 66, and Alexis Roderick were married in a surprise ceremony at his Long Island home back on July 4th. Gov. Andrew Cuomo presided.

It's Joel's second child. He and ex-wife Christie Brinkley are the parents of Alexa Ray Joel, 29.
