Pennsylvania Woman Killed In Hit-And-Run On Belt Parkway

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are investigating a deadly hit-and-run on the Belt Parkway in Brooklyn.
It happened around 3 a.m. Sunday.
Police say 56-year-old Emma Risper, of Scotrun, Pennsylvania, pulled over on the shoulder. When she exited her minivan near Exit 6 in Gravesend, the driver of another vehicle struck her and kept driving.
Risper was taken to a local hospital, where she died.
