Man Dead After Shooting On Bedford-Stuyvesant Street

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police on Thursday were searching for whoever shot and killed a 46-year-old man on a Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn street.

Officers were called at 5:54 p.m. Wednesday to MacDougal and Thomas Boyland streets in Brooklyn, where they found Robert Thomas, 46, in front of 207 MacDougal St. with at least one gunshot wound to the head, police said.

Thomas was rushed to Interfaith Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

As of late Thursday, there had been no arrests and the investigation continued.
