Power Restored Following 'Major' Outage In Bayonne, New Jersey
BAYONNE, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- Crews restored power following a "major" outage Monday morning in Bayonne, New Jersey.
PSE&G said two transformers at its Bayonne switching station went out of service around 9:23 a.m., knocking out power to around 20,000 customers in Bayonne and Jersey City.
On Twitter, the Bayonne Office of Emergency Management called it a "major power outage."
Major power outage throughout Bayonne. No details as yet, however, PSE&G has been notified and responding.

Power was restored at around 11:10 a.m.
PSE&G said the cause of the failure is under investigation.
