FBI: Suspect In Murder Of Wife Near Baltimore Was Last Seen In Newark

NEWARK, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- A murder suspect in the Baltimore area was last seen at Newark Penn Station and may be in the Tri-State Area, the FBI said Wednesday.

Bhadreshkumar Chetanbhai Patel, 24, is suspected of killing his wife -- Palak Bhadreskumar Patel , 21 --while she was on the job at a Dunkin' Donuts where they both worked at 7657 Arundel Mills Blvd. in Hanover, Maryland, on April 12, WJZ-TV reported.

Palak Bhadreskumar Patel, was found gruesomely beaten to death inside the Dunkin' Donuts kitchen, WJZ reported. An officer searched the restaurant and found Mrs. Patel in the kitchen dead.

Bhadreskhumar Chetanbhai Patel was born in India and was in the U.S. legally, but his visa expired in March, the FBI said.

Patel was last seen on April 13 at Newark Penn Station, the FBI said.

Anyone with information about Patel or his whereabouts is asked to call (800) CALL-FBI. Information leading to Patel's arrest could result in a reward of up to $20,000.
