NYPD Arrests 14 Alleged Members Of Brooklyn-Based Street Gang In Raid

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD announced a major gang takedown Thursday.

Police say a in pre-dawn raid, they arrested 14 alleged members of the Flatbush-based Babiiez street gang.

According to investigators, the suspects were involved in 37 gun-related incidents.

They face charges in an 81-count indictment, including conspiracy to commit murder and weapons possession.
