Aww! Baby Marmoset Twins On Display At Prospect Park Zoo

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) - Two new animal babies are on public display at the Prospect Park Zoo.

The Wildlife Conservation Society is celebrating the public debut of twin Geoffroy's marmosets born to first-time parents Gordon and Xing.

The adorable duo, born in November, reside with their parents in the Animal in Our Lives building at the Prospect Park Zoo. This is the first set of Geoffroy's marmosets to be born at the Brooklyn zoo.

The big-eyed babies are also known as "white-fronted marmosets.''

Geoffroy's marmosets are native to small parts of the Atlantic rainforest in eastern Brazil. While the species is not endangered, the creatures live in areas that are susceptible to deforestation.
