"I'm not ashamed of a few lumps, bumps or cellulite - and you shouldn't be either," said Graham.

Body language and self-image coach Dinah Day told CBS2's Alice Gainer she believes the unedited trend helps others who may be dreading the beach this summer.
"I think perfect creatures are going by the wayside," she said. "Gives us hope."
"Confidence really carriers you through a lot of difficult times," she added. "If you walk onto the beach with a lot of confidence and feel good about yourself, that really carriers."
She said people will pay more attention to that then any imperfection you may think you have on display.
