Another Mugging Reported In Central Park

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Yet another mugging has been reported in Central Park, according to NYPD.

Police are looking for two men accused of robbing a victim in Central Park around 10 p.m. Friday.

The 28-year-old male victim said he was walking inside of Central Park in the vicinity of Cross Drive and East Drive when the two suspects approached him from behind and pushed him over a railing onto the ground.

The suspects then began to punch the victim and held him down while stealing approximately $30 cash before fleeing. The victim sustained injuries to his face and hands as a result of this incident.

The suspects are described as being two black men in their late teens or early twenties.
