'Alternate Side Of The Street' Parking Rules Back In Effect On Monday
NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- For the first time in weeks alternate side of the street parking rules will be in place on Monday.
Stormy weather forced city officials to suspend the rules for most of February.
Now, enough snow had been removed or melted for the rules to be put back in place.
The DOT said that it will be easier to clear away remaining snow with parking rules in effect.
