Advice From Sharknado 2: 'Don't Mess With A Mets Fan On The 7 Train'
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Mets fans have a new rallying cry, thanks to "Sharknado 2: The Second One."
The Twitterverse went bananas Wednesday night when the doomed Ray -- in his close-up glory -- uttered these last words: "Don't mess with a Mets fan on the 7 train."
It could come in handy the next time Citi Field is ripped apart by a tornado full of flesh-hungry sharks.

The film's producers also learned that you don't mess with New Yorkers about the 7 train.
As if the sharknado wasn't bad enough, now they are in Times Square. Also, what the heck 7 train goes to 96th St.? #Sharknado2TheSecondOne

Sharknado 2 = unrealistic. Those subway stations aren't stops on the 7 train! Ugh. Get it right, Syfy.

The Mets were the perfect team to use in Sharknado 2. Like most of the other cameos, haven't done much since the 80s.
