9/26 CBS2 Monday Morning Weather Headlines

By Matt DeLucia

Good morning, everyone! Grab the jacket out the door, it's another chilly start across the Tri-State with temps ranging from the low 50s around NYC to the upper 30s far north and west.

Temps will be similar to yesterday, reaching the upper 60s and low 70s. Sunny skies this morning will give way to some more clouds heading into this evening as a cold front approaches. The good news is any rain looks to hold off until well after sunset, mainly during the overnight hours. The Tuesday AM commute looks like it'll be quite damp, so you'll want the umbrella.

It then looks like we'll squeeze out one more nice day on Wednesday before we get into an unsettled pattern for late week and into the weekend. There's still some uncertainty with how long the shower chances hang around, so stay tuned as we get closer. Temps will be near normal in the low 70s.

Have a great week!
