8/28 CBS2 Sunday Afternoon Weather Headlines

Good afternoon, hope everyone is enjoying their weekend! It's definitely been a nice one with plenty of sunshine. Temps will reach the mid and upper 80s today with a slight increase in humidity, but it won't be oppressive.

Mostly clear skies tonight with just a very slight chance of a shower or storm reaching the far NW suburbs. Tomorrow will be hot and humid with temps around 90. The isolated shower chance remains for everyone, but most will likely stay dry with hazy sunshine.

Slightly cooler on Tuesday with partly sunny skies, then we bump it back into the upper 80s for Wednesday. It looks like the start of Labor Day weekend will be on the comfy side with temps in the upper 70s, so stay tuned for more on that.
