The heat wave continues on! It was another very hot day across the area, but thankfully the humidity did stay in the "comfy" range. Things will change tonight as we get more clouds, more moisture, and a late thunderstorm chance overnight. It'll stay warm with temps only bottoming out around 80 degrees.

Tomorrow looks like the worst of the work week ahead as temps will be in the low- and mid-90s (93 for NYC), but the humidity will skyrocket, so it'll feel like 100 to 105! Heat alerts will be in effect, so make sure you take it slow and keep hydrated!

There will be more clouds streaming in ahead of a storm system that'll bring us a chance for afternoon/evening thunderstorms. Some of those storms could be strong to severe. We'll keep you updated as the day progresses.

Drier weather returns for Tuesday and Wednesday, but it'll still be hot! Temps in the low 90s for highs, so the heat wave ain't over just yet!
