Well it's here, the Memorial Day weekend and unofficial kick off to summer! Hot and humid conditions will continue with a chance of some pop-up storms both today and tomorrow. Temps will be in the mid 80s to low 90s inland, and of course cooler for coastal areas. Grab the sunscreen, UV index is high!

Sunday evening and Monday has seen some changes as it now looks we'll see more widespread showers than it looked a few days ago. The tropical system off the SE coast will be throwing some moisture into our southerly flow, which means lots of clouds and showers for us ahead of a cold front. Temps will be much cooler Monday, only in the mid and upper 70s.

Overall, today looks like the best beach day with only a 20% chance. Either way, the holiday isn't all about beaches and BBQs, so remember to take the time to reflect on those who gave all to protect us!

Have a fantastic weekend!
