5/27 CBS2 Wednesday Evening Weather Headlines

Good evening all,

Some storms are approaching from the west as we speak. It's been a partly sunny day so far with some pretty good heating too! We hit 85 degrees in the park today, well above our normal in the low 70s.

Some of the storms could be severe as they pass dropping bit of hail, and the bigger threat would be strong winds. WE will monitor as the front closes in.

A similar story will be in store for Thursday but temps WILL be higher due to a greater amount of sun. Thursday's high: Upper 80s.

Friday is trending drier, and comfortable with much less humidity.
