50 Cent To Face Bankruptcy Judge Over Instagram Photos Showing Wads Of Cash

HARTFORD, Conn. (CBSNewYork/AP) -- Rapper 50 Cent is expected to face a bankruptcy judge in Hartford, Connecticut on Wednesday.

The rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, has been ordered to appear in court to explain photos posted on his Instagram account showing him with wads of cash.

In one Instagram photo, the 40-year-old uses stacks of bills to spell out the word "broke."

The social media photos mentioned in court documents include one showing 50 Cent lying in bed with bundles of $100 bills.

50 Cent filed for bankruptcy last year after a New York City jury ordered him to pay $7 million to a woman who said he posted her sex tape online.
