We have a beautiful day ahead of us. We are cold to start though!

The clear skies have allowed for a piece of Arctic air to slide over the Northeast.

After the sun rises above 30 degrees, we will start to warm up nicely.

We will actually end up right where we should normally be around.

Expect afternoon highs from 61 to 67 degrees.
