Good evening all,

I hope you're all having a pleasant afternoon. It was an ideal morning weather-wise. We had plenty of sunshine and clear skies with fairly mild temps.

Some clouds are approaching as advertised with rain and a few thunderstorms embedded. We will cool our temps down to the mid/upper 50s over the next four to five days. But no precip is forecast during this period, so that is some good news.

We do bump up temps towards the end of next week into the 60s.
