4/16 CBS2 Thursday Morning Weather Headlines

By Giorgio Panetta
CBS2 Chief Meteorologist/Weather Producer

Good morning everyone,

We're off to a cooler start today under mostly clear skies. Lots of low 40s and 30s around town. Some communities in the northern suburbs will be near the freezing mark.

We will be cooler in the afternoon as well. With a wind coming off the ocean, expect highs to only reach the upper 50s to near 60. It will be milder inland.

Friday, rain returns. Not a whole lot of it, but some embedded storms could give you a quick downpour. Rain looks to be clearing by Saturday morning and another great weekend is ahead.

Saturday is looking like a high temp of 70 degrees plus, and Sunday is still nice in the mid 60s.
