3/30 CBS2 Monday Morning Weather Headlines

By Mark McIntyre, CBS2 Meteorologist/Weather Producer

Good Monday morning folks! Make sure to dress warmly heading to work or school as temps will be in the mid 30s in the City...along with a few spotty rain showers. Some locales north & west of the Five Boroughs could also get some wet flakes mixed in, making for a slick commute. Sun breaks out in the afternoon with a high temp of 53 which is right around normal. Finally!

Tomorrow will seem like the opposite of today with a sunny start and clouds/rain moving in late. Again, just a few scattered showers with some flurries in the colder/hillier spots. Temps on Tuesday again are in the low 50s, so at least we're on the right track in the temperature category!

The warming trend continues through the end of the week along with a few more rain chances Thursday night and Friday. By week's end on Friday, we're looking at a high of 60! Looking for a sneak peek to Easter Sunday? Right now it's lookin' good for services and gatherings with sunshine and seasonable temps.

Have a great Monday!
