3/2 CBS2 Monday Afternoon Weather Headlines

By Justin Lewis
CBS2 Meteorologist

Expect more sunshine this afternoon, breezy conditions, and highs approaching 40°.

We'll cool off nicely tonight under mostly clear skies... winds will be lighter by dawn. Low near 20°.

Tomorrow starts off quiet, but we'll see snow fill in during the afternoon hours. The snow will accumulate to an inch or two before we see a changeover to a mix and rain into the evening and overnight hours. Rain and drizzle is likely into Wednesday morning; and we can't rule out some leftover light rain showers into the afternoon (especially S&E of the city).

Another area of low pressure will deliver snow and rain Wednesday night into Thursday morning, but exactly how much we'll get is still in question.
