2/9 CBS2 Monday Evening Weather Headlines

By Giorgio Panetta, CBS2 Chief Meteorologist/Weather Producer

Good Evening all,

We still have some snow flying around the area. Most of the activity is isolated to the north and east. An additional inch or two is possible into the overnight period.

We will have some slick traveling tonight with temps already below freezing. Remember, any standing water WILL freeze up.

Temps will be cold again to start tomorrow, but mild air and sunshine reveals itself by the days end. Tomorrow's high: 36-39.

Wednesday is another quiet day for the skies -- chilly and partly sunny with a high in the lower 30s. Thursday, yet again, brings the chance for some more snow. It looks like an additional inch or two is possible.

We get even colder behind that front -- coldest air of the season, actually.

Check back in soon, as we are slammed here in the CBS Weather Center.
