2/3 CBS2 Wednesday Afternoon Weather Headlines

Rain will continue to fill in this afternoon and become heavier into the rush and evening hours. Some flooding is possible in the streets, so do be on the lookout.

Tonight we'll see our rain very slowly makes its push offshore, but there could even be a few lingering showers or light rain east of the city around daybreak. It's generally drier though tomorrow, we'll just have to deal with some pesky clouds.

That stubborn front may not be done with us just yet though... a couple of models are hinting at a little energy running up the coast late Thursday night into Friday and it may be just cold enough for some flakes to fall. It looks like there wouldn't be much in the way of accumulation, but it's certainly worth keeping an eye on.

As for your weekend, things are looking pretty quiet with temps running 5-10° above normal.

Don't forget to check back!
