This afternoon will remain quiet and cold. Highs will top out around 26°, but with the wind, it will feel like 15-20°.

A few more clouds push in tonight ahead of our next system. Some snow showers will spread into our NW suburbs during the overnight hours. Low of 20°.

Expect snow showers and light snow across our NW suburbs tomorrow morning. As for the remainder of the area... partly sunny to mostly cloudy and milder. High of about 40°.

Snow will return early Thursday morning and stay with us through at least the early afternoon hours. It will become blustery with temperatures falling off slightly through the day.

We're stuck in the freezer again on Friday, but sunshine will return. High of only 24°.
