2/27 CBS2 Friday Morning Weather Headlines

By Giorgio Panetta
CBS2 Meteorologist/Weather Producer

Expect the day to start off well below normal for the 30th of the last 32 days. Expect temps to start off ranging from single digits up north, to the mid 20s on the Jersey Shore. Don't expect many degrees to be added by days end.

Morning clouds will bring the chance for some flurries. By afternoon, we can expect more sun to break through. Afternoon highs: 25-30 degrees.

Then, (hopefully), the last blast of arctic air slides over us.

Saturday morning lows begin in the single digits even around the boroughs. Expect a few below-zero numbers in the Northern Hudson Valley.

Sunday is about 10 degrees warmer and some snow rears its head by nightfall. A few wet inches could fall before a switch over to rain.
