2 Suspects Sought In Bushwick Assault, Shooting

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Police Tuesday night were searching for two suspects wanted in connection with an assault and shooting in Bushwick, Brooklyn on the night of July 18.

The shooting happened around 10:50 p.m. that night. Police found the 27-year-old man at 228 Schaeffer St. in Brooklyn with numerous gunshot wounds to his leg, police said.

His condition was reported as stable at an unspecified area hospital.

Police have released a photo of the first suspect, who is describe as male, Hispanic, and wearing white tennis shoes and a dark-colored T-shirt.

The second was described by authorities as a Hispanic male wearing a tan pair of shorts and a white T-shirt.
