1/6 CBS2 Tuesday Morning Weather Headlines

By Giorgio Panetta, CBS2 Chief Meteorologist/Weather Producer

Good Morning Everyone!

Must be very cold no matter where you're waking up today. From the low 30s on the coast, to the teens up north, almost all are starting off below the freezing mark.

We won't be adding too much on the thermometer today. Clouds will overtake the area by midmorning and sbnow will fall during the midday hours.

However, flurries and cold air will linger into Wednesday. Highs tomorrow are in the upper 20s to low 30s.

Thursday is a brutally cold day. A high-pressure system travels down from Sibera and trenches the area is frigid air.

We probably won't climb out of the 20s on Thursday. The weekend looks cold and dry as of now. But we also look to climb above freezing, so that's good news.
