12/8 CBS2 Tuesday Afternoon Weather Headlines

Clouds will continue to thin out across the tri-state as our offshore low exits. It will be on the cooler side today with temps only getting into the upper 40s.

Some clouds will linger into tonight, but it will still be on the chilly side... temps falling to around 40° by daybreak.

We're looking at partly to mostly sunny skies Wednesday into Thursday with a warming trend... mid 50 by Thursday.

And as of now, we should be able to get into the upper 50s by the end of the work week.
