Police: Man Says He Was Slashed At 125th Street-Lenox Avenue Subway Stop

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- No. 2 and 3 trains were skipping the 125th Street station in Harlem late Tuesday, after a man told police he was slashed on a platform there.

The man walked into Harlem Hospital Center with cuts to his left and right hands Tuesday night, police said.

He said he was slashed by two men on the northbound No. 2 and 3 train platform at 125th Street and Lenox Avenue, police said.

Police were looking for two male suspects between 20 and 25 years old who fled in opposite directions, police said.

The victim was involved in some kind of a quarrel with the men, police said.
