BRRR!!! It's been downright cold across the Tri-State, even with breaks of sunshine earlier today. It's going to be a cold night ahead with an arctic chill-- temps down into the upper teens to mid-20s, with wind chills in the teens.

For the final day of 2014 tomorrow, expect a sunny but frigid day. Highs for most folks will struggle to reach the freezing mark, but we'll hit 33 in NYC.
