12/26 CBS2 Friday Evening Weather Headlines

By Mark McIntyre Jr, CBS2 Meteorologist/Weather Producer

What a beautiful day it's been! Even with cooler temps and a slight breeze, it's been a picturesque Friday for the tri-state area. Friday night plans are lookin' good too, staying dry and clear, just chilly...so dress appropriately as temps drop to about 40 overnight.

Tomorrow looks to be the warmest and nicest day of the next seven, with abundant sunshine and temps maxing out in the low and mid 50s! Some clouds move into the region late with some light showers overnight Saturday/early Sunday.

Sunday will feature mainly cloudy skies and temps back around 50. Monday so far is okay, maybe a few showers for the AM commute, perhaps even a few wet snowflakes mixed in, then clearing for the afternoon with a high of 41. Then a colder air mass will move in the close out 2014...but New Year's Eve looks dry as of now!
