12/23 CBS2 Tuesday Morning Weather Headlines

By Giorgio Panetta, CBS 2 Chief Meteorologist/Weather Producer

Good morning, everyone!

Hope you're having a good start.  If it isn't raining on you right now, you're lucky or live well North because it's coming.

Showers will be intermittent today with clouds hanging around.  It's generally a "yucky" one out there.  But the silver lining in this storm cloud will be the temps.  We're into the 50s today and the wind shouldn't be too strong until late Wednesday.

I believe there will be a decent break this afternoon and showers become more widespread after midnight.  Some could see 1-2" of rain and gusts to 35 mph.  If this were snow, we'd be talking a foot or so for some.

Check back in soon for Christmas Day outlook!
