12/20 CBS2 Saturday Morning Weather Headlines

By Mark McIntyre Jr, CBS2 Meteorologist/Weather Producer

Good Saturday morning, everybody!

We have a pretty good looking weekend ahead - it'll just be cold! Expect a sunny start to the day with temps below freezing for everyone, warmin' up to a high in the mid and upper 30s for most. Thirty-nine degrees should do it for NYC.

Clouds move in late, especially south and east, and spots in Suffolk County could get some showers/flurries at night.

Sunday will start with clouds and finish with sunshine, so basically the reverse of Saturday. Expect a few more degrees for the high, with 42 in NYC for the max temp. Again, it will be pretty, but it will be cold!

To start off the new week on Monday, we're looking at clouds with late day showers and temps maxing out in the mid 40s. Tuesday, expect drizzle and clouds with temps in the upper 40s.

Enjoy the Saturday!
