Morning!

Expect some freezing rain if you live 40-50 miles outside NYC.  A weak, but steady stream of rain is expected today.

We could have heavier bouts near the city, especially in the afternoon.  Could see  1/4"-up to an inch of rain for those who see some training showers.  Then cold air wraps around Wednesday with the chance for some more light snow well north & west.
