11/7 CBS2 Morning Weather Headlines

By Giorgio Panetta, CBS 2 Chief Meteorologist/Weather Producer

Good morning everyone,

You're going to want the coat at the bus stop this morning. With temps much colder than the last two mornings, expect a drastic change.

We're not talking below freezing temps, but the winds are going to be the big factor today, making it feel like below freezing for some.

We're also still a bit too close to rule out a sporadic shower in the afternoon or midday hours as the low pivots north.

Winds pick up all day. By sunset, gusts could be in the the 30s, and by 9 p.m., some of them near 40!

Waking up Saturday is even colder, and now we're talking REAL cold. Actual temps will be in the 30s but feeling like the 20s north and west due to a lack of cloud cover.

Check back in later for Sunday's forecast, with some big time changes coming beyond that.
