11/21 CBS2 Saturday Afternoon Weather Headlines

By Matt DeLucia
CBS2 Meteorologist/Weather Producer

Good afternoon, folks! After a chilly start, we're climbing to near seasonable temps today with plenty of sunshine. More clouds will be on the increase tonight with some showers moving through early tomorrow morning. Can't even rule out a few snowflakes in the higher elevations far N&W. Not as cold in the city, dropping into the mid 40s.

The good news is the showers will move out early tomorrow and the majority of the day will be dry. Expect more clouds to the east as a system moves by well offshore. There could be some showers on the east end of Long Island, but only a slight chance. Highs tomorrow similar today, reaching 53 in the city.

Monday morning is when you'll really notice the change has we get a blast of colder air. Temps will be in the 20s and 30s as you head out the door, and it'll only get into the 40s for a high! Skies will be bright and clear.

An early peek at Thanksgiving is looking good with temps climbing back into the 50s through the week with plenty of sunshine! Check back in soon.
