Good evening all,

Rain cleared the east end of Long Island around dawn, and the sun has been shining ever since. Although it has been cooler today (upper 50s), the sun is doing its job and maintaining our warmth. We have a light breeze from the west that cools the skin upon touch.

Skies will be VERY CLEAR overnight allowing for another cold one. Temps will radiate and fall off the thermometer as the night goes forth.

Saturday is chilly and brisk near 50 degrees, while Sunday is colder in the 40s with a slight risk for an early morning shower.
