11/1 CBS2 Sunday Evening Weather Headlines

By Mark McIntyre

Good evening! Wasn't a bad way to kick off November 2015. After a cloudy & cool morning, clouds gave way to late sunshine -- but with the clocks falling back an hour, it was short lived. Skies will be mostly clear tonight and we'll have a comfortably cool night in the low 50s - some upper 40s in the 'burbs.

Tomorrow's shaping up to be a very nice day, as the forecast is trending better. The fly in the ointment was a storm system sliding up from our south. Now it looks like high pressure will shove the storm south and keep us nice and dry. Temperatures will be mild again, too, with highs in the low/mid 60s.

After that we get a real autumn treat -- plenty of sun with temps in the upper 60s and even some low 70s! Considering these are normal temps for late September, we'll certainly be unseasonably mild! Make sure you get a chance to enjoy the mild weather as we're watching the chance for showers next weekend.

Have a great night!
