We're in for a May sizzler this afternoon as highs spike in the mid to upper 80s and dew points reach an uncomfortable 60°. The good news is much of the area will stay dry and quiet with the exception of our far NW suburbs where we could see a stray shower/storm.

We're in for another mild one tonight with some patchy fog development along the coast. And we could see a stray shower/storm, but again, it's looking generally quiet until sunrise. Low in the upper 60s.

Isolated to scattered storms are possible during the day tomorrow with partly to mostly cloudy skies. It will be even muggier too, so don't be surprised to break a little sweat! Highs are expected to reach the low to mid 80s.

Thursday's looking like our most active day at the moment with scattered showers and storms. It will still be humid with highs in the low to mid 80s again.

And there's still a slight risk for showers/storms into Friday, but it's not looking like a washout.

Check back for more on this week and beyond!
