Police: 1 Dead, 2 Injured In Shooting At Queensbridge Houses

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD is investigating after one person was killed and two others injured during an overnight shooting in Queens.

Officers were called to the rear courtyard of the Queensbridge Houses at 40-15 12 St. around 2:40 a.m. Saturday.

Police said 23-year-old Jahhad Marshall was found with a gunshot wound to his back. Marshall was taken to Cornell Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

A 29-year-old female suffered a gunshot wound to her right arm and a 18-year-old man was hit in the leg, police said.

The investigation is ongoing. So far, no arrests have been made.
