Frazier was last seen Feb. 16, and police say Rogers was with him. His body was found this week in Newton, Iowa, which is near Des Moines. The cause of death hasn't been released.

Rogers wasn't listed in online jail records in Linn County, Iowa, and it wasn't clear if she had a lawyer. Prosecutors in Colorado are working to have her extradited.

Police haven't said where Rogers is from or how she knew Frazier.
