Why Iggy Azalea is taking a break from Twitter
Iggy Azalea is fed up with Twitter -- so much so that she's letting her management team run her account from here on out.
After returning from a romantic trip with Los Angeles Laker Nick Young, the Australian rapper discovered she had been photographed and subsequently criticized online for her beach body.
The musician, 24, expressed her disappointment in a series of tweets:
Just got back from a great vacation, came online and saw apparently it's shocking and unheard of to be a woman and have cellulite. Lol.

I just want to have peace and relaxation time without a perve with long distance lense hiding out taking pictures, everyone deserves peace.

I feel the hatred and pettiness i see online at all times is at making me become an angry person and I cannot be that.

But I also want to let my fans know iam taking some time away from social media. I need to be happy and it is too negative and draining.

My management will tweet/run my accounts from today onwards with updates etc unless any message is signed -IA. Love you all. Peace out!

Azalea -- whose North American concert series begins April 14 -- added, "The Internet is the ugliest reflection of man kind there is."
The "Fancy" rapper recently used Twitter to wage war on Papa John's Pizza after an employee allegedly shared her contact information. She's also been the target of numerous social media wars this year -- including one with Snoop Dogg.
Iggy, it sounds like you'll have one less problem without social media!
