Watch Stephen Colbert goof off with Mitt Romney in new promo

Stephen Colbert shaves face to prepare for "Late Show" debut

As he gets ready to helm the legendary "Late Show," Stephen Colbert is giving fans a taste of what to expect.

The eccentric host debuted three new teasers on Sunday. In the videos he goofs off with one famous politician, does magic card tricks, and shows off a "Charlie Rose Trapper Keeper."

This isn't the first of Colbert's stunts. He showed up to interview Eminem on public access television in Michigan, to show some love for his new neighbors at the Ed Sullivan theatre, he debuted a special marquee, and to take a shot at the controversial Republican presidential candidate, Colbert donned a toupee and went "Full Donald."

Needless to say, the videos stay true to Colbert's humor while revealing his personality. Fans of "The Colbert Report" weren't sure how the host would change with his new digs. As the videos show, they don't have anything to worry about.

"The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" premieres Sept. 8 on CBS.
