Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton's romance appears to be going strong.

The lovebirds posted an affectionate Merry Christmas greeting on Twitter this week. The short video finds Shelton continuously kissing the No Doubt singer on the cheek. Plus, they have matching camouflage outfits.

Stefani, 46, and Shelton, 39, confirmed they were dating in November, not too long after they both became single. They both appear on "The Voice" and haven't been shy about their affection for each other.

Shelton and Miranda Lambert announced they were splitting over the summer after four years of marriage. Two weeks later, Stefani and Gavin Rossdale announced their split.
