Undercover cops arrest Ohio woman after posing as hit men she hired

CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio - An Ohio woman was arrested on Wednesday after allegedly hiring hit men -- who were actually undercover police officers -- to kill another woman, reported CBS affiliate WBNS.

Police say the undercover officers posed as hit men and introduced themselves to 32-year-old Tara Lambert after they heard she wanted to have another woman killed.

Lambert met with the "hit men" at a local Walmart to discuss payment and gave the men a picture of the intended target.

The undercover officers then arrested her.

She's been charged with Conspiracy to Commit Murder, the station reported.
