Two children found dead in Northern Calif. storage unit
REDDING, Calif. -- Northern California police are investigating after two children were found dead inside a storage unit in Redding.
A local tv station reports that Plumas County officials have arrested two suspects for felony child abuse, torture and mayhem after the children, ages 3 and 5, were found.
A third child was found severely abused and is undergoing surgery.
The identities of the children, who were siblings, were not released. Autopsies are pending.
