Two arrested in shooting death of five-year-old Cleveland boy

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Officials say two suspects have been arrested in the fatal shooting of a 5-year-old outside his Cleveland home, reports CBS affiliate WOIO.

Police say Ramon "Dink" Burnett was playing outside when he got caught in the crossfire between a drive-by shooter and the man believed to be his target.

Police identified the suspected shooter as 19-year-old Marlon Antwon Hackett Jr. and the suspected target as 18-year-old Dontavious Williams of Garfield Heights. They say both have been charged with aggravated murder, according to the station.

Police say the 5-year-old boy was hit in the chest Friday evening. The two young men who are charged in the case weren't hurt.

Online court records listed no attorneys for them Monday. Williams was scheduled for arraignment Tuesday.
