Two accused of killing Ky. man in front yard of home

LaGRANGE, Ky. - Two people were taken into custody following a deadly shooting in the front yard of a home in LaGrange, Ky. Sunday night, reports CBS affiliate WLKY.

Police said Justin Rogers, 24, was found dead with a gunshot wound to the chest.

Family members tell WLKY that Rogers was staying at his girlfriend's home when he was killed.

Henry Schultz-Eggenspiller, 23, was arrested and charged with murder and tampering with physical evidence. Robert Cabrera Jr., 46, is charged with murder and trafficking in a controlled substance, according to the station.

Police reportedly say they believe the shooting occurred over a narcotics transaction.
