Porch collapse at college party injures dozens
Dozens of people were injured when multiple floors of a porch collapsed during a house party near Trinity College in Hartford, Conn., authorities said.

Police said 30 to 40 people were injured in the accident, though none of the injuries appeared to be life-threatening. Still, roughly 30 people were taken to the hospital for treatment, according to the Hartford Courant.
“The fact that [the injuries] were not really serious is really a miracle,” Fire Department Capt. Raul Ortiz said, according to the paper.
